TERMS OF SERVICE - READ BEFORE CONTACTING ME FOR WORK

WHAT I WON'T DRAW:
-Images with the purpose of spreading hate (ie homophobia, transphobia, racism, sexism etc.)
-porn/hard nsfw
-Fetish materialWhat I will draw:
-gore/body horror
-any sort of weapons
-slightly suggestive content or non-sexual nudity (of consenting adult characters)
-mecha/robots

-WARHAMMER CHARACTERS : I am begging you PLEASE have a reference of the character ready, I don’t work well off just written descriptions and a couple pics of bits. This can be anything from a game screenshot to a mini or photobashed image.-If you have an idea that isn't listed, message me and we can work something out.-By commissioning me, you give me permission to post the finished work on my social medias and as examples on my portfolio/here.-I have the right to refuse a project/commission for whatever reason.-Full payment is to be sent upon completion of the first sketch, via cashapp, venmo or ko-fi.-I do not send .PSD files but you may request alternate palettes, edits, certain layers turned off, etc. and I will usually provide a shaded and unshaded version.-I send a final version with my watermark in the focal point and in the corner, the one with the watermark in the corner is for you to use privately and I ask that you do not post it publicly. This is because people crop my name out all the time and repost/use my work without my permission or the client's permission.-I do not use AI and I request that you refrain from feeding my work to bots.-Upon finishing the commission work, you own full rights over the final image/character and you are free to use it how you like, but again I ask that you do not use it for ai.-Because i am chronically ill and shit happens there is a small chance i would be unable to finish something within the desired timeframe, and if that happens you will receive a full refund + the most recent progress image.
